Life story of the cooperative
Founded in 2019 in the Dakhla‑Oued Ed‑Dahab region, the TADKIT ANNAGA cooperative has five members whose goal is to promote camel meat and its derivatives through traditional methods aligned with modern standards. Obtaining ONSSA certification strengthened its credibility and recognition. Today, TADKIT ANNAGA is a regional reference in the promotion of Sahrawi food heritage and an example of innovation rooted in authenticity.
