ODCO is Morocco's leading public actor dedicated to promoting, supporting, and guiding the national cooperative movement.
Founded in 1962 and restructured in 1975 as a public institution with administrative and financial autonomy, ODCO operates under the supervision of the State Secretariat in charge of Handicrafts and Social & Solidarity Economy, within the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts, and Social & Solidarity Economy.
It is responsible for implementing the national policy for cooperative sector development across the Kingdom.
