ENNOUR

Founded in 2010 in Laâyoune by six members, including four women, the ENNOUR cooperative developed around couscous production before gradually expanding its offerings to other local products. Through ongoing training, the structuring of its processes, and obtaining ONSSA certification, it has become a model of steady progress and professionalization. Today, ENNOUR embodies a sustainable journey based on quality, the transmission of know-how, and the valorization of local resources.
